Cong. Teves nais ng DOJ na ideklarang terorista (Breaking News)

Ikinukunsidera na ng Department of Justice (DOJ) na ipadeklara bilang terorista si Negros Oriental Congressman Arnolfo Teves Jr.

Sa pagdinig ng Senate Committee on Public Order, sinabi ni Justice Secretary Crispin Remulla na hihilingin nila sa Anti-Terror Council (ATC) na ideklarang terorista si Teves dahil sa pagkakasangkot sa mga terrorist activities.

Kabilang dito ang mga iligal na aktibidad ng mambabatas na humahantong sa pagpatay na sakop ng Anti-Terror Law.

Sa pagdinig, sinabi ni Remulla na “as a solution to the impasse here about the surrender of Mr. Teves, we are looking at designating him or proscribing him as terrorist, to have him proscribe by the CA and designated by the Anti Terrorism Council because of the acts that happened”. For Cong. Teves we may need for him to be designated and proscribed,” diin pa ni Remulla.
