Paglikha ng mga special court na lilitis sa mga pulis, Isinusulong sa Senado

Nais ni Senator Richard Gordon na magkaroon ng hiwalay na korte na lilitis sa mga pulis na nahaharap sa iba-ibang mga kaso.
Naghain na si Gordon ng senate bill no. 1828 na layong magtatag ng police law enforcement court o police court na hahawak sa mga kasong sibil at kriminal.
Kasama na rito ang mga pulis na naakusahan ng pang a abuso, pag labag sa karapatang pantao, pag labag sa rules of engagement at pag labag sa rules of engagement .
Sa panukalang batas ang korte suprema ang tutukoy sa itatatag na police court mula sa mga kasalukuyang regional trial courts Bukod pa sa appellate court kung saan maaaring iapela ang kaso.
Sa pamamagitan nito ay mapapabilis ang pag lilitis, pagsibak at pagpapataw ng parusa laban sa mga pulis na umabuso sa kapangyarihan.
