Nakapasok na sa Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) ang bagyong SURIGAE (international name) kaninang 6:20AM, Biyernes, Abril 16, 2021 at pinangalanang “Bising.”
Ayon sa PAGASA, maliit ang tsansa na tumawid ang bagyo sa kalupaan ng bansa dahil nananatili ang tinatahak nitong direksyon pa-hilaga. Ang bagyo ay tatawaging “Bising” sa sandaling makapasok na ito sa PAR.
Gayunman, pinag-iingat pa rin ang publiko sa posibilidad ng mga pagbaha at landslides dahil sa thunderstorms.
