Nagkaloob ng 2 units ng 4-wheel tractor at 4 units ng hand tractor, ang Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF} Mechanization Program ng Philmech, sa mga sumusunod na farmers associations:

1. Esperanza farmers and animal raisers Assn(esperanza)

2. Sablot dicabasan farmers assn(maligaya)

3. P6 kasaysayan farmers assn{diagyan}

4. Amro River upland and lowland farmers assn(lawang)

Kasama ng Philmech sina OIC-MAO Elizabeth Pascual, Private Secretary Lea L. Gorospe at EA Renato R. Lagto, OIC sa nagkaloob ng mga nabanggit na machineries.

Ito ay inisyatiba ng LGU Dilasag sa pamumuno ni Punong Bayan Joe P. Gorospe, sa pamamagitan ng Office of the Municipal Agriculturist.
