Talaan ng mga papayagan at bawal na firecrackers, inilabas na ng PNP

Inilabas na ng Philippine National Police (PNP), ang mga pangalan at brands ng mga papayagan at ipagbabawal na firecrackers at pyrotechnics.

Ayon kay PNP chief Gen. Dionardo Carlos . . . “Our guidelines are in place pursuant to Executive Order (EO) 28 and Republic Act (RA) 7183 that regulates the sale, manufacture, distribution, and use of firecrackers and other pyrotechnic devices. The PNP expects everyone’s cooperation because it is the responsibility of every stakeholder to protect one another from any firecracker-related injury.”

Tinukoy sa RA 7183 at EO 28, ang mga firecracker na ire-regulate ang pagbebenta at paggamit, ito ay ang mga sumusunod:

• Baby Rocket;

• Bawang;

• El Diablo;

• Judas’ Belt;

• Paper Caps;

• Pulling of Strings;

• Sky Rocket (Kwitis);

• Small “Triangulo”;

• Lahat ng iba pang uri ng firecrackers na hindi oversized, hindi overweight, at hindi imported.

Narito naman ang talaan ng pyrotechnic devices na papayagang ibenta at gamitin

•Butterfly;

• Fountain;

• Jumbo Regular and Special;

• Luces;

• Mabuhay;

• Roman Candle;

• Sparklers;

• Trompillo;

• Whistle Device;

Samantala, ang mga ipinagbabawal na firecrackers ay ang mga sumusunod:

Ang bentahan ng pinapayagang firecrackers sa labas ng designated firecracker zones ay mahigpit na ipinagbabawal at may kaparusahan sa ilalim ng batas.

Ang mga lalabag ay mahaharap sa karampatang multa, habang kukumpiskahin naman ang items.

Sinabi ng PNP na hinihikayat ang community firework displays sa local government units (LGUs), basta’t ito ay sumusunod sa minimum health protocols at gagawin lamang sa mga itinalagang lugar para sa mga layuning pangkaligtasan.
