Health Sec. Ubial naging emosyunal sa pagharap sa Comm. on Appointments
Naging emosyonal si Health Secretary Paulyn Ubial sa pagharap nito sa makapangyarihang Commission on Appointments.
Hinaharang ng mga kongresista ang ad interim appointment ni Ubial.
Sabi ni Ubial, pagkatapos ng kolehiyo, nagsimula na siyang magtrabaho sa gobyerno at hindi niya inaasahan na magkakaroon ng kaaway dahil lamang sa istriktong implementasyon ng batas.

Isa sa mga humaharang sa appointment ni Ubial si Kabayan Partylist Representative Harry Roque.
Sa oposisyon ni Roque, iginiit nito na hindi karapat-dapat sa pwesto si Ubial dahil sa pagiging incompetence, pagsisinungaling sa kongreso, pagsasayang ng government resources at corruption.
Isa sa tinukoy ni Roque ay nang sabihin ni Ubial na Zika free na ang Pilipinas pero sinalungat ito ng mga kasamahan niya sa Dept of Health.
