Isang 40-anyos na lalaki ang inaresto ng mga operatiba ng Warrant and Subpoena Section ng Valenzuela City Police Station.
Kinilala ni ayon kay Valenzuela Chief of Police Col. Gerson Bisayas, ang akusado ay nakilalang si alyas Jomer ng Brgy. Maysan, Valenzuela City.
Sa ulat kay NPD Dir. Brig. Gen. Josefino Ligan, may kasong multiple counts of sexual assault at act of lasciviousness ang akusado na may warrant of arrest na inisyu ni Hon. Evangeline Mendoza, presiding judge ng RTC Branch 207 Valenzuela City, para sa mga krimeng Sexual Assault under Article 266 -A particular 2 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Section 5 of RA 7610 as amended by RA 7610 amended by RA 11648, at Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 336 of the RPC in relation to the same law.
