50% workforce, ipatutupad sa mga Hukuman dahil sa tumataas na kaso ng Covid-19

Inotorisa ng Korte Suprema ang pagbawas sa bilang ng mga pumapasok na kawani at opisyal sa lahat ng first at second-level courts dahil sa dumaraming kaso ng COVID-19 sa bansa.
Sa sirkular na inisyu ni Court Administrator Jose Midas Marquez, ipinag-utos ang pagpapatupad ng hindi bababa sa 50% skeleton workforce sa mga Hukuman mula March 15 hanggang 24 batay sa diskresyon ng mga Presiding Judge at Clerk of Court ng Office of the Clerk of Court.
Work from home naman ang mga empleyado na wala sa Korte at kailangan magsumite ng accomplishment reports.
Pinaalalahan din ang mga Hukom at Court personnel na patuloy na mahigpit na sundin ang mga health at safety protocol laban sa COVID-19.
Una rito ay iniutos ni Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta ang implementasyon din ng 50% skeleton workforce sa lahat ng opisina sa Korte Suprema mula March 17 hanggang 19 para masunod ang six feet na physical distancing.
