Senador Ping Lacson, nagbitiw na bilang Vice Chairman ng Senate finance committee

Nagbitiw na si Senador Ping Lacson bilang Vice Chairman ng Senate finance committee sa kanyang sulat kay Senate president Vicente Sotto.

Sinabi ng Senador na nais niyang mag-focus ngayon sa paghimay ng 2022 proposed national budget lalo na sa mga ahensyang pinuna ng Commission on Audit.

Kabilang na rito ang kinukwestiyong pondo sa pagbili ng mga umano’y overpriced na facemasks at faceshield ng Department of health.

Tiniyak ng Senador na aktibo siyang lalahok sa budget deliberations at ibubunyag ang mga posibleng gumawa ng katiwalian.

Ilan sa mga departamentong hinawakan at idinepensa ni Lacson bilang Vice chairman ay ang pondo ng Department of Information and Communications Technology at mga attached agencies ng Department of National Defense , Commission on Human Rights. Dangerous Drugs Board, Mindanao Development Authority, Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, Presidential Legislative Liaison Office, at Southern Philippines Development Authority.
