Ka Leo Obligar

 Ka Leo Obligar is one of the most respected radio commentators in the industry. He started his career as an anchor at the age of 20 in a local radio station in Batangas and from then on to other stations in Metro Manila until he became part of Radyo Agila DZEC family in 1986.

He established himself as one of the reputable anchors because of his distinct characteristics in delivering his pair commentaries through singing and playing guitar that is uniquely ka Leo in Net25 and Radyo Agila’s (Teleradyo) Piskante ng Bayan.

In more than 50 years in the broadcasting industry, he remain low profile and very fatherly to all of his staff. It’s his wit and charismatic aura that make his listeners fond of him.
