Ito ay proyekto ng Integrated Philippine Association of Optometrists o IPAO, QC East Chapter.
Ayon kay Dra. Perla N. Hufano, Presidente ng QC East Chapter ng IPAO, layunin nito na mapangalagaan ang mata ng senior citizens gayundin ng mga batang mag-aaral na residente ng Quezon City, na walang kakayanang kumuha ng comprehensive visual examination.
Binigyang diin pa ni Hufano, na ngayong nasa modern technology na tayo, at sa madalas na pagkakataon ay exposed ang mga mata dahil sa uri ng gadgets na ginagamit sa pag-aaral at sa iba pang gawain, maaari itong maging sanhi ng pinsala sa mga mata.
Bukod sa comprehensive eye examination, nagkaloob din ng libreng de-kalidad na salamin para sa mga malalabo na ang mga mata at kailangan na talagang magsalamin.
