Imbestigasyon sa pagbabanta ni VP Sara kay PBBM natapos na ng NBI
Kinumpirma ng Department of Justice (DOJ) na nakumpleto na ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ang imbestigasyon sa pagbabanta ni Vice- President Sara Duterte sa buhay nina Pangulong Bongbong Marcos, Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta- Marcos at House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
Ayon kay Prosecutor General Richard Anthony Fadullon, naipabatid sa kanila na natapos na ang imbestigasyon pero kakailanganin pang dumaan sa ebalwasyon ng DOJ ang resulta ng pagsisiyasat ng NBI.

Mag-aatas aniya ang DOJ ng mga piskal para suriin ang mga ebidensya na hawak ng NBI ukol sa isyu.
Kasama na rito kung may impormasyon na ang NBI sa sinasabing assassin na kinausap ni VP Sara.
Sinabi ni Fadullon at ni Justice Undersecretary Raul Vasquez, na ang magiging rekomendasyon ng DOJ kung isasailalim na sa preliminary investigation o kung itutuloy pa ang case build-up, ay magdidepende sa ebalwasyon sa mga ebidensya.

Sinabi ni Fadullon, “Depending on the outcome, we will be able to make a recommendation with there to have it considered file already before the department and or to return it to the NBI if there’s a need to buildup the case further and to add to the evidence that they have.”
Ayon naman kay Vasquez, “Once, the evaluation is confirmed to be enough to warrant preliminary investigation that’s the time that the preliminary investigation proper would be initiated.”
