Maging middle income target ang Pilipinas posibleng maabot

Posibleng maabot na ng gobyerno ang target nitong maging middle income ang Pilipinas sa sandaling masunod ang mga proyektong popondohan ng panukalang Pambansang Budget sa 2024 na aabot sa 5.768 trillion pesos.

Ito ay katumbas ng 20 percent ng buong GDP o ekonomiya .

Sinabi ni Senate Finance Committee Chairman Sonny Angara na nakapaloob sa Pambansang budget ang development funds at prayoridad pa rin ng Senado ang edukasyon ng mga kabataan na magpapaangat sa buhay ng mahihirap na Pilipino.

Malaking bahagi rin aniya ng budget ang inilaan para sa Build better more program tulad ng mga Infrastructure projects na magkokonekta sa mga siyudad patungong kanayunan.
