Nag-landfall na ang Bagyong Ulysses sa Patnanungan, Quezon bandang 10:30 ngayong gabi.
Pagtawid nito sa Polillo Island ay dadaanan naman ng bagyo at posibleng muling mag-land fall sa General Nakar-Infanta area mula ngayong hatinggabi hanggang alas 3:00 ng madaling araw.
Tinatayang nasa pinakamalakas na antas ang bagyo pagtama nito sa mainland northern Quezon, at inaasahang hihina pagtama sa Sierra Madre bago tahakin ang direksyon patungo sa Central Luzon.
