Luka Doncic ikinagulat ang pagkakalipat sa Lakers ngunit excited naman sa bago niyang journey

Sinabi ni Luka Doncic na nagulat siya sa nangyaring trading nitong weekend, kung saan napunta siya sa Los Angeles Lakers.
Gayunman, excited pa rin siya na makakasama na niya si LeBron James at sa magiging bagong journey niya kasama ang Lakers.
Aminado ang bente singko anyos na Slovenian guard at perennial MVP contender, na inakala niyang gugugulin niya ang kabuuan ng kaniyang karera sa NBA kasama ang Dallas Mavericks.
Ayon kay Doncic, “I was almost asleep when I got the call, I had to check [if] it was April 1st. I didn’t really believe it at first. It was a big shock. It was a hard moment for me. Dallas was home so it was a really hard moment for me, especially the first day, but as I said I get to play in the greatest club in the world and I am excited about this new journey.”
Si Doncic, na hindi na nakapaglaro mula noong December 25 dahil sa calf strain, ngunit ikinukonsiderang malapit nang bumalik, ay kasama na ng Dallas nang magkaroon ng isang draft-night trade sa Atlanta Hawks na kinuha siya bilang third overall pick noong 2018.

Aniya, “Well, first of all, I remember the exact moment that happened. It will always stay, you know, in my mind. It was an amazing moment.”
Kuwento pa ni Doncic, “Just for Kobe to know my name was amazing for me. You know, I just wish Kobe and (his daughter Gianna nicknamed) Gigi were here to see this moment. And, you know, I’m excited about this new journey and happy to be here.”
